E-Commerce & Retail Manager
We are looking for an E-Commerce & Retail Manager to join our Maven team!

Job Summary:
You will be working in the exciting sustainable fashion space and managing our online store as well as our Studio Shop.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Shop Assistant
- Minimum 1 years experience working online in Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform)
- Fashion background / diploma preferable
- Excellent skills in Microsofit Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent english language skills for clothing descriptions
- Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok & Facebook)
Specific Job Description:
E-commerce store management
- Shooting product images on iPhone
- Resizing and touching up images
- Uploading products to Shopify with correct pricing, tags and SKU’s
- Reconning sales on master spreadsheet / inventory management system
- Deactivating sold items from website when applicable
Online shop logistics
- Daily packaging of all online orders
- Handwritten note for each order
- Ordering of and liaising with couriers
- Final quality check before shipping
- Dispatch orders
- Receive & process returns
- Receiving stock from suppliers
Shop & studio maintenance
- Responsible for ensuring shop is clean, neat and presentable at all times
- Responsible for ensuring studio and storage area is neat and tidy after the day’s work
- Monthly stock takes
Sales
- Facilitating shop sales: helping customers, processing sales & packaging items
Events
- Be available to assist with events
- Event prep
Salary:
This position is contract-based with the hope of going permanent.
Basic salary: R12,500pm (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm)
Saturdays: R1,000 per Saturday (minimum 2 Saturdays per month)
Events: R500 per off-site event
